Where are you located?

Warm Flowers is a private design studio in Richmond, VA.

Our delivery radius is 10 miles from 23220. At this time we are unable to deliver beyond this radius. A quick google maps search will let you know if your address is within that radius. A $10 delivery fee will be added if 5 miles away from the 23220 zip code.

Where do you deliver?

Warm Flowers currently only makes deliveries Tuesday-Saturday, unless it is a holiday or for a special event.

When do you deliver?

We do not guarantee delivery times. Typically our deliveries are made between the hours of 12-4pm.

Can you guarantee a delivery time?

Why can’t I order same day blooms?

Since Warm Flowers is a design studio, and not a brick and mortar, we do not keep blooms on hand. Each order is bought the day prior, to ensure the freshest and most unique arrangements.

The checkout screen won’t let me process my order. What am I doing wrong?

If your delivery address is more than 10 miles from 23220 it will not allow you to complete your order. 

What does “designers choice” mean for your floral delivery options?

Every arrangement that leaves the studio is divinely unique, no delivery will ever be the same. Warm Flowers often designs with what is in season, therefore making it hard to accommodate specific requests. However, we do allow the option to leave suggestions before each order is placed.

Can you send a confirmation email that my order was delivered?

Wf does not currently have an email confirmation for deliveries. All deliveries will be delivered and received between 12-4pm Tuesday-Saturday. 

I only want an arrangement with a specific flower or element. Is this possible?

For custom orders please email: warmer.flowers@gmail.com and provide imagery.  Pricing will vary based on needs and this is a service only provided when time allows.

What happens if no one is home to receive delivery?

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift at the front door. Warm Flowers will NOT leave the gift off the recipients property, such as with a neighbor. Warm Flowers is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

What happens if I provided an incorrect address and delivery was attempted?

If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted, there is a $10 address correction fee. Warm Flowers is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer.

I placed an order but put the wrong billing address.
How do I fix this?

Email warmer.flowers@gmail.com and include the order number and correct billing address.

I accidentally put the wrong delivery date or address on my order. How do I update?

Email warmer.flowers@gmail.com and include the order number along with the preferred delivery date and address.

What is the best way to proceed?

Please fill out the inquiry form on our Wedding and Event Page. We will reach out to you letting you know if we can or cannot accommodate you. If we can accommodate we will follow up with the option to schedule a free virtual consultation for your project.

NOTE: A consultation is not a proposal. A consultation is a chance for us to virtually meet, see if we are a good fit, and answer/ask any further questions regarding your wedding. All proposals are a $100 flat fee.

Refunds & Returns

Flowers are perishable from the moment they are cut and are subject to weather, air quality, watering, etc . Due to the delicate nature of cut product we’re unable to offer a refund, replacement, or return. Every order is subject to special circumstance at the discretion of Warm Flowers.
